Midwest Glass has been serving Brookings, South Dakota, and the surrounding area since 1974. That kind of longevity doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when a company takes care of people, does honest work, and shows up day after day, even when no one’s watching.
Midwest Glass does roughly $4.5 million in annual revenue and handles everything from residential windows and doors to commercial storefronts, aluminum doors, curtain walls, auto glass, fabrication, and custom showers. If it involves glass, the team can most likely source, install, and repair it.
When Seth Sayler stepped into ownership, the goal wasn’t to flip the company, modernize it for the sake of modernizing, or reinvent what already worked. The goal was simple: protect the people, enhance the culture, and create a clear path to team success.
Seth Sayler – Midwest Glass - Blueprint Seth Sayler is reshaping Midwest Glass by putting people, trust, and sustainability at the center of the business, proving that long-term success starts from the inside out.

As vice president of construction for The Picklr, Jason Bauerle plays a central role in one of the fastest expansion stories in sports and recreation. His energy mirrors the brand’s momentum, and his enthusiasm reflects The Picklr’s broader mission to grow the pickleball community across the United States and internationally.
Bauerle’s path into the pickleball industry began unexpectedly. While building a home for his family, he decided to install a pickleball court. That project introduced him to court construction and opened the door and he began taking on court installation leads from the product supplier, recognized the rising demand tied to the sport’s popularity, and launched his own court surfacing company. Within a short time, that business became one of the largest pickleball surfacing operations in Utah.
That success led to a partnership with The Picklr, helping develop early indoor facilities and proving the viability of premium indoor pickleball. When the company shifted to a franchise-based growth model, Bauerle was recruited to oversee construction standards and national rollout.
Jason Bauerle – The Picklr - Blueprint Jason Bauerle is helping fuel The Picklr’s rapid expansion by turning disciplined construction strategy into a nationwide platform for community, competition, and the future of indoor pickleball.
