God is SO good. My first ever solo Thanksgiving was truly what I needed and I guess I wasnt truly alone…Bijou was with me! I got to do the three things truly bringing me so much joy these days: Pure Barre, Mass and then some healthy cooking!

Just training myself to be someone’s future hot housewife…or in the words of my grandmother, “you’re so pretty, that’s a problem you have” 😂

The perfect Sunday going to Mass then bringing a gluten free + dairy free pumpkin pie to the Junior League of Portland meeting. One day at a time in my TBI recovery but small things like these are helping me join the land of the living again.

This invitation to truly slow down and focus on me has been a different pace but truly welcomed + needed!

Sweet P turns 4 today + it kind of breaks my heart to not be there since I’ve been with her every other bday until now. I love being Aunt CC to this beautiful spark plug of a soul who loves to dance + sing (probably just as much as me) and wants to be a flamingo when she grows up.
