On my birthday, I decided to get back in shape and today's hike in 17 degree weather makes 23 days in a row of moderate cardio. My goal is 90. So far from the exercise and dieting, I am down 10 lbs, have a lot more muscle tone and sleep much better.

Please help place this kitty and her sister. Their owner has dementia and has been placed in a care facility two months ago and the cats have been in the home alone every since. They are both lonely and need affection. The grey kitty is called Moma kitty and she stayed on my lap for an hour as I visited with the sister of her owner as we talked about listing the home. We don't know their exact age but they are both over ten. They are both well-behaved and litter box trained. We don't want them to go to an animal shelter as they will likely be put down.
