Meet Diane McMillan, an attorney at Allegiant Law who focuses her practice on complex litigation, legal malpractice, and medical malpractice.

What a week for Allegiant Law! We were proud to sponsor both the Multnomah Bar Association Annual Meeting and IRCO's 50th Celebration Gala — two lovely evenings spent in great company.
A standout moment was seeing our new Law Clerk, Ardeshir Tabrizian, up on the big screen with his fellow MBA Fellows members.

Ardeshir Tabrizian joins Allegiant Law as a Law Clerk this summer.
He's a J.D. candidate at the University of Oregon School of Law, a Multnomah Bar Association Bar Fellow, and spent four years as an investigative reporter at the Salem Reporter before law school.
We're glad to have him!

May is Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, and it’s a time that feels deeply personal to us at Allegiant Law.
"I think of my sister-in-law Giang, who was just sworn in as a U.S. citizen last month — and of my mom, who made that same journey 30 years ago after immigrating from Japan. Two women. Two ceremonies. One enduring reminder of why the promise of this country matters.
We’re proud to celebrate the AAPI community and the countless stories of courage, resilience, and belonging that shape who we are — as a nation, and as a firm."
— Bonnie Richardson, Co-Managing Partner

As we celebrate AAPI Heritage Month, we’re reflecting on the personal stories that shape our work at Allegiant Law.
Our co-founder, Bonnie Richardson, grew up in a mixed-race Japanese American family, where she developed a strong connection to her cultural identity. As a minority in a predominantly white community, she built resilience in the face of adversity and a deep commitment to justice—values she carries into her work today.
Alongside co-managing partner, Jovita Wang, together they are part of a small but growing number of Asian American leaders in law firm ownership.
Swipe for early childhood photos of Bonnie and her family in Stillwater, Oklahoma and Yokohama, Japan.
We look forward to sharing more stories throughout the month in celebration of AAPI heritage.

NIL was built on the promise that student-athletes finally get paid. Ironic, then, that Blueprint Sports and Entertainment decided their payment obligations were optional. Filed today in federal court. We disagree.
Our complaint details how, after acquiring Dam Nation, Blueprint failed to uphold its contractual six-figure payment obligations to our client and founder of Dam Nation, Kyle Bjornstad.
