We were honored to spend the few hours learning everything there is to know about oysters, and getting to know the family that supplies us with some of the most beautiful oysters we source for you guys

Thomas did such a wonderful job of informing us on the intricacies of an oyster’s needs, and communicating the ways that the Madeleine Point process caters to those needs.
We learned so much from him; things that we’ve able to apply to our daily handling of oysters back at the restaurant

A surprising perk was the animals! We were not expecting the animals to allow the boats so close to them… and so many little duck families!

There’s just something about tossin back a freshly shucked oyster out on the open water
