Is it too late to plant seeds?
Look for "days to maturity" and your local first frost date so you know you have enough time to plant and produce harvest. Fast growing warm weather seeds are still a GO!
Pre-soak seeds: To speed up germination for larger, harder seeds (like beans and squash) soak them in water overnight before planting
Making some air fresheners today using, roses, lavender, cinnamon sticks, cloves, orange peel.
Hanging smelling herbs/essential oils around the house keeps insects away!
Lavender: effective for repelling moths and flies when hung in closets or near windows
Mint: repels and mice and spiders especially when hung near entry points
Bay leaves: excellent for tucking into dry goods (flowers/grains) to prevent any pantry moths
