Fun fact: this video has now been banned and reinstated as many times as my Hood to Coast team. 😄

This is the first of two product launches that I’m doing to help property owners stay safe from costly real estate scams. After going viral early this year, I heard a ton of stories about people who lost everything to a scam like title fraud, or squatters. So, I did something about it! I hired some software developers, and created a product to solve the problem. Just like that.

Thanks so much to you all for your support during this exciting journey I’ve been on the past several months. It’s been amazing so far, but I have a feeling the best is yet to come!

A few weeks ago, I went viral with a video entitled “I Stole a House.” The video got millions of views, I appeared on cable news, and controversy swirled around me. On episode 11 of Frozen Millionaires, I tell the FULL story of what happened when I went viral. The good, the bad, and the ugly. It’s a crazy story, and I promise that after hearing it you’ll never think of going viral quite the same again!

Melissa Dorman has made a name for herself in the Portland real estate seen for not only being a successful investor, but for being a leader in brokerage and community leadership as well. Well, that was fun while it lasted! I uploaded a reel that got 260K views before being taken down for “coordinating harm and promoting crime.” If you missed it, it was me satirizing the ease with which someone can occupy/squat in your property and get away with it. I guess one too many people didn’t get it, and it got flagged.
I’m still keeping my “made a viral video” trophy tho. It got reposted to twitter and has gotten millions of views there, and I don’t see Elon taking it down anytime soon. Fun lil ride!
