The Color Wizard

Final and in-process photos from the mural I just completed over in South Portland for Carhartt! This mural was a challenge but I enjoyed it, learned a lot and hope to work with them again in the future. Thanks for looking!

I had the honor of painting live at the Union Fair & Maine’s Wild Blueberry Festival Union Fair & Maine’s Wild Blueberry Festival for the second year in a row this summer, and was asked to paint a recreation of the iconic Blueberries For Sal book cover. I enjoyed myself immensely and received a ton of positive feedback while I was painting this mural. I huge THANK YOU to Rick and the Union Fair staff for their work putting this event together and the opportunity to come back again and paint another mural for everyone to enjoy.

This mural measures 8’ tall x 12’ long as was paint over the course of the final 2 days of the festival using KOBRA spray paints Kobra Paint USA kobrapaint®️ , brushes and exterior primer. The two XL stickers on the right side of the mural were printed on vinyl and I applied them to the mural after the painting was completed. This mural will be on permanent display inside one of the vendor barns on the fairgrounds property.

My piece from the Friday Art Walk in Lewiston, Maine. Thank you to Gerald from L/A Arts for the opportunity! I had a great time and really enjoyed chatting with people, answering questions and creating this mural for L/A Arts and the community to enjoy.

This mural measures 4’ tall by 8’ long and was painted in 4 hours using KOBRA premium low pressure spray paints. I started with a doodle grid and then worked from the background into the foreground, painting the out-of-focus areas first, then the clown fish, and finishing with some details and added texture using a brush.

Process shots from the mural I painted at ART PARK FESTIVAL 2026 up in Winthrop, Maine. I spent three full days (roughly 10 hours per day) working on this piece; it measures 8’ tall by 20’ long and was created using an array of KOBRA premium low pressure spray paints. I had never painted a portrait this large before and I will most certainly be doing more of this in the future. I can’t thank you all enough for the words of encouragement, positivity, hugs and support of me and my artwork! This was most certainly a highlight of my summer and an experience I will never forget. Her name is Andromeda and she was inspired by TRON, my love of sci-fi, fantasy art and my passion for painting chrome and neon effects with spray paint.
