Learn yoga asanas or poses to increase mobility, flexibility, build core strength and calm the mind using yoga props and equipment.
Danny Mankin has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and teaches from the Iyengar Yoga lineage emphasizing alignment, breath and using props -chairs, blocks and straps to raise body awareness.
All are welcome!

Yoga for the Oregon Food Bank! All levels, Saturday 9-10 starting Nov. 29 to December 20.
Any amount of donation to the Oregon Food Bank gets you into the class! Suggested $20 per class or $75 for all three.
Begin Pilates will match the donations to the Food Bank up to $500. Sign up online- no payment required

Mindful Meditation for everyone. A six week course teaching the basics of how to meditate. Learn how to be present with what is, focusing on the breath, alignment and calming the mind. No previous meditation experience is necessary.
Forty-five minute class that will include basic instructions, guided meditation, and time for questions and feedback. Each attendee will be given the tools to begin or enhance a home meditation practice. $90 for the course or pay what you can. No one turned away for lack of funds.

New Yoga Series Starts Monday 7/10 9am!
Gentle yoga uses classic yoga poses, alignment and breathing to create greater flexibility, strength and balance. Open to all levels of practice.
Danny has been practicing yoga for 30 years and teaching for 20 years. He teaches in the Iyengar yoga lineage using chairs, blocks, straps and bolsters to aid with alignment and balance.
4 week series Mondays at 9am 7/10 to 7/31, $80 for the series.
