Say hello to our newest team member, Khadejha Valere! Khadejha joined our Portland office last week as a Business Development Manager. She'll be reaching out to businesses on the west side of the metro area to create opportunities for job seekers in our community.

Khadejha has been working in the recruiting and sales space since 2019 and in staffing since 2021. In her time away from work, you'll find her baking, making candles, hula hooping, playing music and kayaking with her family.

We’re really excited to get started with our latest cohort of interns in partnership with Portland Community College, DPI Staffing, and WorkSystems.

These internships are a 10 week long, 200 hour apprenticeship program with tracks towards Shelter Operations and Peer Support. Through these opportunities, individuals gain skills, free training, personal and professional development, and leave with letters of recommendation for future employment.

PDX Saints Love is grateful to be a part of the whole journey for our neighbors in East Portland.
