We are looking for a dependable Roving maintenance tech for our 10 buildings in Portland and Vancouver. We have under 400 units total.
Must have vehicle and valid drivers license.
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
Must be available for on call
$26.00- $30.00 per hour

We are holding open interviews on Wednesday June 24th from 10am - 1pm

Unit turns
Painting
Fixing appliances
Grounds up-keep
Trash rooms
Compactors
Work orders for current tenants
