Hello, Facebook hivemind: I am in need of an aggressive and creative accountant. Or perhaps even an aggressively creative accountant. But probably not a creatively aggressive one: that just seems fraught with danger. I don’t want to end up in federal prison.

Looking for tax advice on setting up a new company and how to best minimize my tax liabilities. Please help!
