From Couch to CPT
I understand how hard it is to get back into the gym. I went from 2001 to 2016 without really exercising. I had severe knee pain that would take me off my feet for up to days at a time. I finally went to a physical therapist and learned how my walking mechanics were pulling my knee incorrectly, causing said issue. So I started exercising again. And I started learning about how the body works. I learned how an issue in your hip can mess up your ankle or back. I learned about improving my posture (it still sucks, but it’s a work in progress.) I get it. Getting back into the gym is hard. Gyms are intimidating. Group fitness classes are hard. Group fitness coaches don’t give you the attention you need when you’re starting out. My goal is to get you winning. One small change at a time. It’ll add up and before you know it, your life has changed. Let’s work together.
