I loved watching her see the final result and immediately know this tattoo was HER. 🌿

She had a little hyperpigmentation in the area, so we took things slow, stayed gentle, and worked with her skin instead of against it. The result turned out beautifully and fits her perfectly. ✨

A lot of my clients have eczema, MCAS, allergies, autoimmune issues, chronic illness, or generally reactive skin. As someone who deals with plenty of that myself, I know how frustrating it can be when your body doesn’t follow the “normal” rules.

That doesn’t mean you deserve a worse tattoo experience or extra anxiety during healing.

I can’t decide if I should make these repeatable or keep them one-of-a-kind though. Part of me loves the idea of them staying unique, but part of me also wants more people to be able to get them.

Not all skin is the same and that’s okay. Psoriasis, eczema, scars, stretch marks, keratosis pilaris all have different approaches.
