🎨 Why Art Therapy Matters for the Women and Mothers We Serve 💛
For many of the women and children at PRM, life has included stress, trauma, loss, and uncertainty, often long before they ever arrive at our doors.

That’s why art therapy is so powerful. Through painting, drawing, sculpting, and creating, women and kids can process emotions, strengthen connections, and rediscover hope through creativity.

Art therapy is definitely not about being “good” at art.
It’s about having a healthy outlet to express what’s inside!
