My best friend had come down from Seattle and rented a house with some relatives, for the holidays. There was a puzzle in the house that they assembled.
Tonight I went to visit them, and as I was looking at this puzzle, I saw The Empress! Absolutely no doubt this is our building: same white trim on the side, same detail on the roof, even the SAME elevator shack on top. Also, St. Mary's church, and Trinity Episcopal, are adjacent to the Empress. Tell me where I'm wrong!

Downtown I-405 Pedestrian Safety and Operational Improvements Project The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) will construct pedestrian crossing improvements across I-405 on W Burnside and NW Couch as well as operational improvements for people driving in the area.
