We design, build, and manage everything from large additions, restaurant interiors, and full home restorations to custom furniture to match your style and space. How we build it matters. The owners were looking to turn this dark, low ceilinged second floor into a standalone apartment. To accomplish this, we put in Skylights in the Master Bedroom and added a Full Bath with a Shed Dormer facing the Back Yard. Additionally, we added a full height Living Room with French Doors opening onto a Balcony.

The client came to us with a BIG dream: Take an historic Victorian in the Boise neighborhood and turn it into offices, complete with a new daylight basement. The project not only required complete restoration of this beautiful building, but also a highly technical lift of the entire structure to provide for the daylight basement – including a new foundation. Restoration and use of historic elements inside and outside the building were an important consideration, and thus handled with great care. The end result is a former “blemish” that has become a beloved neighborhood landmark.
More beautiful work from our custom wood shop. This is a custom fireplace mantel that Weitzer Company designed & built using Cedar sourced from the client’s yard. While it's unfortunate that the health of the tree required it to be removed, we love that this beautiful live edge mantel has its own story to tell.

Weitzer Company turned this formerly dark basement of this Laurelhurst home into bright ADU with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom, laundry room and expansive master bedroom/living room. Dream • Design • Build
By the time this client found Weitzer Company they had gone through three architects and each time they had received designs with budgets that were well out of their ballpark. We were referred by their last architect as a last ditch attempt at saving the project. They met with Nick and he immediately helped them find real-world solutions that were within their budget while meeting their design dreams. The project was a complete makeover of a shabby Sandy River cabin into a luxuriously appointed home with an open floor plan to support family gatherings.

This Loft bathroom remodel features deep cerulean blue glass tiles and Silestone blanco stellar snow floor tiles. The sparkling speckled design evokes a white sand beach. The linear drain is an elegant option that helps maintain clean lines in this modern design and compliments the other chrome elements.

Better use of space and added storage were some of the improvements in this kitchen remodel design. By replacing the old outward swinging door with a sliding barn door, the space in front could then be used for adding pantry style cabinets without worrying about door conflicts. Part of another beautiful Weitzer Company kitchen.
