Freshly harvested and delivered today! Our cases are packed with premium Northwest shellfish, including these gorgeous Tidepoint oysters pictured here. Grown in Washington State's Willapa Bay, they feature a sweet, crisp flavor with a clean finish.

We also just unloaded plump Ruco oysters from Hammersley Inlet, sweet Willapa Bay Manila clams, and savory Hammersley Inlet mussels. They are all fresh, cold, and ready for your dinner table tonight.

The newest arrival to the market is day boat di**le bar lingcod out of Sitka, Alaska. The di**le bar is not only fun to say, it is one of the most selective forms of harvest with only a 3% bycatch rate. These fish are fresh, firm and great for fish tacos, fish and chips as well as ceviche and other preparation methods.

We have a fresh batch of Cooper River Sockeye landing tomorrow morning at PDX. Copper River sockeye salmon is a highly prized wild Alaskan fish renowned for its deep red color, firm texture, and exceptionally high Omega-3 fatty acid content. Harvested during a highly regulated, brief seasonal run, these fish store extra fat to endure a grueling 300-mile swim upriver, giving them their legendary, rich flavor.
