Attune
Attune: Exploring the art of integrating the mind, body, and spirit through therapeutic bodywork. It's about quality of life.
It's about living holistically, getting all cylinders firing, creating inner and outer peace. Your heads knows, your heart believes, your spirit trusts. Each of these are access points to shift your daily life. My work is to support your increased self-awareness and daily actions in each so that your mind, your body, and your spirit are working together. I help you connect the dots whether we are

Hey all, did you know I'm a licensed massage therapist now? I've been called to offer healing to individuals through therapeutic, nonsexual bodywork. Each session allows you to find greater ease, alignment and connection. My specialty is providing integrated pelvic care for individuals (mostly female identifying) to feel more connected and balanced. For some reason FB and IG don't like my website so I can't enter it. But, if you want to check it our, feel free to send me a PM or enter it manually. www.attunebodywork(dot)com (I am putting it this way since I have had so much trouble with it!).
So much time has passed since I last visited this page! I've been directing my energy towards a blog I started. check it out at hey-abby.com
Hey folks, Did you know part two of my lecture series Attune, is happening this Sunday?!? If you didn't get a chance to go to the first day on MIND and BODY, that's cool, come check out day two's topic of SPIRIT! How to integrate spirit into your daily life, how to live with spirit, and listen to some great speakers talk about what works for them! Along with some of my thoughts on the subject, Adam Persinger will be discussing the neuroscience of meditation, emotional regulation and embodied awareness while Karen Pride ( owner of YogaPearl, Harlow, Prasad) will share from her experiences and manifesting spirit in life and business. Gonna be a seriously good time, come check it out!
Thank you all who came and made day one on Attune lecture series a great success! A special thanks to my speakers, Holiday Johnson Holiday's Health & Fitness Yoga and Danette Haynes! I am so grateful to be able to call you both my mentors. Looking forward to this coming Sunday where we talk about living daily life attending to your SPIRIT. If you didn't get a chance to come to day one, I hope to see you at day two!
One of my favorite quotes that I continue to draw inspiration from. A reminder for me about how we are made from love and our work in this world is to remember that, practice that, be committed to that. We are love!
"For the warrior, letting go is connected with relaxing within discipline, in order to experience freedom. Freedom here does not mean being wild or sloppy; rather it is letting yourself go so that you fully experience your existence as a human being. Letting go is completely conquering the idea that discipline is a punishment for a mistake or a bad deed that you have committed, or might like to commit. You have to completely conquer the feeling that there is something fundamentally wrong with your human nature and that therefore you need discipline to correct your behavior. As long as you feel that discipline comes from outside, there is still a lingering feeling that something is lacking in you. So letting go is connected with letting go of any vestiges of doubt or hesitation or embarrassment about being you as you are. You have to relax with yourself in order to fully realize that discipline is simply the expression of your basic goodness. You have to appreciate yourself, respect yourself, and let go of your doubt and embarrassment so that you can proclaim your goodness and basic sanity for the benefit of others." ~ Chögyam Trungpa Sogyal Rinpoche
