One of the great things about Serratto (besides Chef Tony’s amazing food) are the friendly faces guests are accustomed to seeing on a nightly basis that make up the Serratto family. You’ve probably noticed that one of those friendly faces in our family, Tony Hilsmeier, has been absent over the past six months. Tony was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia in December. He has been fighting this form of blood cancer through numerous chemotherapy treatments over the past six months, and he is now ready to undergo a bone marrow transplant at the end of May to help him beat this form of cancer. Please make a donation to Tony’s GoFundMe to help him with numerous medical expenses as he continues his fight against cancer. We can’t wait to have him back with the rest of his family at Serratto!!!
