No lesson goes up this Sunday. Technical issues made it impossible to complete it on time, so it's getting pushed back rather than rushed out.

🦍 Lesson Guide // Beyond the Box Minor Pentatonic Bass Lesson 🦍 A short plan so you are not rushing through the lesson.

Day one and two:
The box version only. Play it until your hand stops hunting for the notes. Soled is the goal. Solid means your hand knows it cold.

Day three and four:
Play the riff in the new positions. Same shape, twelve frets higher. Play each version and listen for the similarities. Root first up there too.

Day five:
Sit with both ends. Do not force the connection between them yet. That bridge is its own skill, and it is the next door, not today's.

By the end you have proof in your own ears that the box is not the scale. It is one place the scale lives.
