We are so pleased to see our former Hope House resident/English student, J, win recognition as the City of Portland's Employee of the Month. He is such a kind human and an incredibly hard worker. We are so happy that his co-workers and city staff have recognized him.

Kennebunk, Maine community fights for detained friend facing deportation Friends of an Egyptian immigrant said repeated ICE transfers and delays have kept him in detention for nearly eight months, despite his pending asylum case.

Hope Acts will be closed on Patriots Day on Monday, April 20th. We'll be back on the 21st.

Hope Acts has been selected as a nonprofit partner in the Hannaford Bloomin’ 4 Good Program.
