We would like to congratulate the following members on their recent promotion. John Cunningham to the rank of Lieutenant, Tracy Brill and Preston Scott to the rank of Captain. Tyler Lyons and Rob Otto the position of Battalion Chief.

We would like to welcome Stephen Bowe, Brandon Yu, Alyssa Beauchamp, Ryan Stapleton, Chris Angel, Ryan Roy and Chris Rodgers to the Fire Department. These talented individuals were sworn in as the newest members of our organization. We wish a healthy and successful career.

December 30 was the last shift for Battalion Chief Dan Weaver. Chief Weaver is retiring from the Port after 26 years of service. We wish him health and happiness as he embarks on a new chapter.

2018 closes with Portland Airport Fire and Rescue saying goodbye to Firefighter/ Boat Operator John Hagstrom as he retired Nov. 30 after 30 years with the Port.

We wish him a happy and healthy retirement.

Multnomah County Strike Team was demobilized from the in The Dalles on Saturday. All crews home safe and sound

Engine 80 reserve was deployed at midnight with Multnomah County Task Force to the in the Dalles. The fire was at 29000 acres. Portland Airport Fire, Portland Fire and Rescue, Gresham Fire, and Corbett (Multco. Fire Dist. 14) make up this Strike Team.
