🎉 Celebrating a CBPS Success at Greenwood Plaza!

We’re excited to celebrate the successful approval of early Commercial Building Performance Standards (CBPS) compliance and early adopter incentives for Kalberer Company’s Greenwood Plaza in Vancouver, Washington!

This accomplishment is a great example of what can happen when building owners, utilities, and energy professionals work together toward a common goal: improving building performance while creating tangible value for owners.

A Inman Consulting was proud to support Kalberer Company in navigating the CBPS process and achieving early compliance. This success was made possible through strong collaboration with:

🤝 Clark Public Utilities’ & Energy Trust of Oregon’s Strategic Energy Management (SEM) programs — providing valuable energy-management support and helping Greenwood Plaza identify opportunities to improve energy performance.

🤝 Stillwater Energy — bringing expertise and guidance to the SEM process and supporting the implementation of energy-management strategies.

🤝 Kalberer Company — demonstrating leadership by taking a proactive approach to energy efficiency and CBPS compliance.

Early action on building performance standards can create opportunities beyond compliance—including incentives, energy savings, and stronger long-term building performance.

Congratulations to the entire team…Kalberer, Stillwater, Clark PUD, and Energy Trust of Oregon! We’re proud to have played a part in this successful collaboration and look forward to helping more commercial building owners turn CBPS compliance into an opportunity.
