I ❤️ getting to share these stories of communities making a deep impact on our leaders of tomorrow with my little future leaders too. 👧👧 Gotta love the new PDX airport, Facetime chats with my girls, 💌 notes hidden in my suitcase, 🌺 finding my favorite winter flower in bloom, 🎨 stumbling upon art in the wild, and 🌞 lots of CA's natural beauty.

There is so much to be grateful for in 2024! Today, on Small Business Saturday, I’m grateful for my small business, WGN Integrative Consulting. On Thanksgiving, my sister asked me how my business was going. I realized that was the first time a family member had asked me about my business – not just the work or organizations I work with – but my business!

My response? “It’s really great! I’m proud of how much it has grown this year.” I must admit, I tend to think of how the work is going before I think about “my business” too. So, on Small Business Saturday, I’m proud to (finally) introduce my business and services!

Starting my consulting journey six years ago with an international fundraising firm, I fell in love with consulting. A move from Los Angeles to Portland, followed by the pandemic, inspired me to launch my independent consulting business, focused on helping nonprofits recover and rebuild. It’s been an honor to share my fundraising experience and knowledge to bring our once thriving communities back together again.
