They have two amazing tasting rooms. Their drink is locally made with lots of love and they are super people!!

Looking to try some Bull Run spirits? We have two amazing locations where you can do just that! Our Portland tasting room is located on Quimby and 23rd. It’s right in the heart of NW and surrounded by some of PDX's best bars and restaurants. We also have our new tasting room located in the ā€œgreat little town" of Carlton. The Bull Run Distillery - Carlton Post is smack dab in the middle of wine country. It’s also the home of the exclusive Carlton Rye Whiskey. Plus, the Carlton Post is getting new hours starting on the 23rd! Now you'll be able to hit up The Post Thursday through Monday from 12 to 6. Both communities are filled with loyal supporters that we can’t thank enough. Each tasting room offers unique goodies from other exceptional makers. Come and check them out for yourselves! Cheers! 🄃

Brewed with Hathikuli Estate Assam, this booch is subtly sweet from Medjool dates and local raw honey with a hint of floral from Rose petals. It’s pretty, refreshing, yet flavorful and full bodied.

Bside is thrilled to be participating in the first annual Carlton Cocktail Walk in collaboration with Carlton & Coast Tavern and Bull Run Distillery.

The talented Lynette Shaw from My Traveling Speakeasy created a special cocktail with our Turmeric Chai kombucha and Bull Run’s Starka Vodka. So tiki, so good!

We’ll be in the house sampling our wares!

This Valentines Day we are all about the kombucha cocktails and the talented bartenders that make magic with our booch.

Here are two perfect winter cocktails...

BRD ā¤ļø Beet
By Jennifer Kadell Bull Run Distillery
3oz Bull Run Barrel Aged Bourbon
1oz Bside Beet and Rose Kombucha5oz Ginger Beer
1 slice of lemon peel

Gently stir ingredients together and serve over one large cube of ice.

"Mekaleka Hi, Meka Hiney Ho"
By Lynette Shaw My Traveling Speakeasy
1.5 oz Starka vodka75 oz fresh lemon
Splash of Regnig Dag aquavit 25 oz falernum25 oz passion fruit syrup
2 dashes of aromatic bitters
3 oz Turmeric Chai kombucha
Mint, lemon wheel and flowers for garnish

Shake everything except the kombucha, add that to the shaker before straining into a crushed ice filled Collins glass. Grate a bit 'o nutmeg on top and garnish.
