When we’re working on your home, it’s not just about building spaces. We spend a lot of time in your home and you know, sometimes we just can’t help but fall in love with the four legged fur babies!

🍂🍁Not gonna lie, Fall is a vibe. While we hang on to the last lovely bits of our PNW summer, we’re also dreaming about those beautiful, crisp, autumn days we’re so well known for. (You know, the ones before soggy season).
It’s no secret the Irvington Street Bath is one of our favorite projects, but how much would you love a warm soak in this bath after a chilly October day?
We loved working with these clients and bringing their vision to life. From a cramped tiny upstairs bathroom in a Portland Craftsman, to an at home get away. 🍁🍂

THE VIEW👀. Ok, but it’s not just the view. This home is being built not just to capture this million dollar view of the Tualatin River, it’s being built to utilize an existing dock on the property. We raised it high for the views and then a few quick steps down the path, and 💥boom! Sitting on the dock with toes in the water. Sigh. In love.
This is a great example of a new build from existing plans.
