Write To Glow features communal free-flow writing practice. Like yoga and meditation, it’s a goalless practice that cultivates mindfulness and acceptance.
Free-flow writing is a writing method where we write to prompts and timer in a stream-of-consiousness fashion. We write past our inner critic (a voice in our head that “protects” us from the perceived dangers of being vulnerable and leaving our comfort zone) and listen to what wants to be expressed at our deepest level. Naked Trees On this snowy February day, the trees stand naked. The stark branches expose an occasional squirrel’s nest. They also expose the apartment windows behind them, allowing me to peer with ease into living spaces that were private a few months ago.
