Not every home showing works the same way.

Vacant homes are usually the easiest to schedule. Owner-occupied homes take more planning because the seller has to leave before we arrive. Tenant-occupied homes can be trickier because notice is required, and sometimes the tenant stays during the showing.

In some investment properties, you may not even see the inside until after your offer is accepted.

Understanding occupancy helps you know what to expect before the showing begins.

Your Realtor is coordinating with sellers, listing agents, tenants, pets, schedules, showing windows, and the most efficient driving route.
