Long time no speak. I didn’t realize how much I needed to unplug until I left and actually did. Apologies if you’ve missed me but trust me I needed it, but now it’s time to physically get back to work. I have been working and planning for what is to come. Going forward it means you will get the best of me which means better products. I am going through orders this week and will send out emails if you’ve ordered something while I’ve been gone. I’ve thrown enough axes, made love to enough pizza, eaten bagels everyday, and had a bunch of NY deli subs. Now it’s time to undo all of that so yes I will be back to making broth. However, it’s going to take a back seat to SOUPor sauce for a little while. Tomato season is upon us and I’ll be processing a few thousand pounds of tomatoes. If you thought SOUPor Sauce was good before just wait til you taste it after months of planning and being laser focused. The best is yet to come.

Parents celebrated their 40th by having an amazing wedding.

Getting to hangout with lifelong friends that remind me how much love I have here.

Yes, I did go to a farmers market.

My kids want to eat bagels and pizza everyday, and I don’t blame them.

My friends own a pasta shop so we made some short ribs w/ Tomato & Butternut Squash SOUPor Sauce + Beef bone broth so I had an excuse to eat a bunch of fresh pasta.

I need a new belt. A few weeks ago I was using the last hole in the pic (3rd in). I was only going to do a month but I was feeling great. I also realized that on the 39th day of the year I will be 39. I’ll take that as a sign to go til then. So today is Day 35. A few more days to go and I’ll be back. I hope you’re all have a happy and healthy start to the year.

I’ve been on a modified social media break during my fast and I feel great. It’s day 17 and I don’t even know that I’m fasting. Honestly it became easy after day 3. I went to sleep hungry, woke up fine, and have been coasting ever since.
