Phaedrus - the beer that started it all for us

Phaedrus – is our OG flagship IPA - A West Coast IPA brewed with Citra & Mosaic hops. Well balanced with tropical notes and a clean finish 6.7% ABV

The Time Has Come to Say Goodbye

We never fully recovered from the financial challenges that COVID brought us despite Herculean efforts by our incredible staff and our amazing brewers Daniel Hughes and Andy Scott.

Since COVID craft beer has been a very tough business, and with much gratitude and thanks to all the people who have supported Culmination Brewing Company, we have decided that now is the time to close both the tap room and the brewery.

Our last day will be Saturday February 15th.

Please stop by our tap room between now and then and raise a glass to say goodbye

Introducing $5.00 Pints!

When you stop by the taproom you will see that one of the beers on our board has a star by it and that star means that you can get a pint of that beer for $5.00.

Lone Haze is our current $5.00 pint, and it is a Hazy IPA brewed with Citra & Motueka Hops. This hazy has a bright citrus profile - tangerine, and Key lime, 6.6% ABV

Steven Shomler came back to Culmination last year – August 2023 with the mission of seeing if our beloved iconic Portland brewery could be saved.

It’s been well over a year and because of Steven’s grit and determination we are still alive and kicking. We are very grateful for Steven efforts and the leadership & vision he has provided for the 16 months. Sadly Steven’s time at the helm has come to an end.

Steven will be behind the bar pouring beer this Saturday Dec 14 from Noon to 9 PM if you want to come wish Steven well and say goodbye.

So what’s next for Culmination? We are delighted to announce that Culmination crew member Jacq Lanczki will be stepping up and leading us into for the next step in our journey.

Jacq loves Culmination very much and we are thrilled to have them at the helm.
