Stop by Payson Park between 10am and 1pm to meet representatives from sustainability-minded organizations (like us!). There will also be music, food trucks, face paint, and outdoor activities for the whole family. See you there!

Friday just got a little more exciting! For the next two weeks we will have the Chocolate Cherry Bread! This sourdough isn't overly sweet, made with bittersweet chocolate, tart cherries and our Coffee By Design dark roast coffee. This would be great sliced thinly with cheese or toasted and covered in butter! Get in and grab one while you can, they will be gone before you know it 🍒🍫🍞

Maple weekend is finally here and we will have a special treat for you all on Sunday: the Maple Morning Bun! Made with maple sugar, this twist on a classic is that perfect treat for any maple enthusiast!
We will have a limited quantity of these morning buns, so stop by early to get your hands on one!

It's back and better than ever! We have revamped our Cracked Wheat Potato Bread by incorporating rosemary, garlic and a bit of sumac, adding a subtle flavoring to an already delicious bread. These will be available on Wednesdays through the end of April, so get them while you can!

Our Story

Handcrafted and baked throughout the day in our 12-ton, stone deck oven, you’ll find traditional French baguettes, hearty German Vollkornbrot, fragrant Focaccia, and our all-organic Miche, made from 100% Maine grown and milled whole grains. Hand-rolled croissants, pain au chocolat, brioche, and scones, are prepared in plain view in our open production bakery and often served still warm from our ovens. Everything we make embodies our commitment to artisanal methods, natural ingredients and delicious food.

The heart of our bakery is a small, dedicated group of hardworking bakers, retailers, office organizers, and drivers, who do their best each day to ensure that we serve our customers well. We’re grateful to our amazing staff, loyal customers and the most supportive local community who allow us to do work that we love every day.
