It's been a few years since we've posted and based on those old posts you might think we are still training out of a tent đ.
Luckily those day are long gone. We've had a new location for almost 1 year now. It took a lot of work to get it up and running but we love our new facility!
Peak Condition is an elite training facility in NE Portland looking for a Strength and Conditioning Coach. We are more interested in hiring the right personality than bringing on the wrong person with more experience.
This position is currently part-time, but if you grow as a coach the position will expand with you.
We are looking for a coach who thrives on building and sustaining meaningful relationships. Who is naturally enthusiastic and likes to be in situations that are fully engaging and energizing.
If you operate from a place of reason and critical thinking and want to learn about others and who they really are, and what they need and want. Our training environment will be a great fit for you.
Do you focus on nurturing and supporting others and yourself? You will fit in at Peak Condition.

Is it safe to train with a mask?
Yes. But it will take some getting used to.
Wearing a mask is a requirement at Peak Condition for both athletes and coaches. Along with our limited occupancy policies and high standards of cleanliness, wearing masks is one of the best ways for us all to train safely together.
If you would like to train with us and have questions about wearing masks or our policies for training safely in 2020, message us and letâs talk!
