Another great night at the track! Ladder workout in the books! Plus, a special visit from Bill Aronson himself to deliver trophies to our BATH podium! Racing 13.1 miles (52.74 laps) on a track takes a special kind of mental fortitude! Nice work Julie, Karlyn Nieland and Michelle Burress-Watson!

We're setting goals, making race plans, and looking forward to a year of running together. Coach Caitlin Tend Athletics has us reflecting and dreaming big to start 2022.
