My Story is a mobile arts organization that brings photography workshops to underrepresented Portland youth.

My Story's workshops build young people’s confidence and offer them new ways of sharing and understanding each others' experiences. The youth we serve gain a strong sense of their own identity, a meaningful connection to their community, and an opportunity to share their stories with the world.

Check out these photos from our "Family Portrait Day" with the Bhutanese Youth of Oregon. We had a huge turnout for free family portraits, traditional food, and some amazing dances from our students!

Come out to Mill Park on June 1st to see students from Bhutanese Youth of Oregon photographing their families, friends and neighbors. There'll even be traditional dances from a few of the girls in our class! We'll be there from 10:00am-1:00pm.
