Hey friends, we were planning a fun party for this Saturday, but we have decided to cancel it. This is a bummer for sure, but we just were not tracking for an attendance level that we needed.

But, we do still have the beer, so we will be tapping it this Saturday for all to enjoy! So come on down and let us know what you think! We'll have 3 different mixed-culture beers and a new Koji Lager as well.

This is something very new for us. A new style event, new styles of beer and using our space in a new way to highlight other complimentary companies. Hey Friends! Just sampling some beer for our upcoming Sommer Fest (August 8th 12-4pm)! The team has put a lot into this and we are excited to share with you all!

We are never the biggest or flashiest, but you all know we put everything we got into our events. I'm stoked to bring something new to this one, with our farmhouse beers and delicious selections from V O R E L and Son of Man.

It's scary to try new things in these uncertain times for our industry, so I am very hopeful we can fill the Taproom for this intimate celebration of flavor. Tickets available in the link in bio.

Something new at Occidental. Sommer Fest (August 8th, 12-4pm) is a celebration of different fermentation/aging techniques creating unique flavors in Beer, Wine and Cider! Occidental will be showcasing 4+ offerings from our mixed-culture barrel aging series. V O R E L will have 4 new styles highlighting their natural, sparkling wines. And last, but certainly not least, Son of Man will be doing Long Pours of their barrel aged cider. Hang out and learn about the craft from the artisans that created it.

All tickets come with personal charcuterie board to pair with your delicious drinks. You'll be able to try every offering. Full pours and to-go options will be available as well.

It's always nice to have friends over!!! Matt and Nick hosted two of the realest in the game, Ben and Van of Gigantic Brewing Company of course. Kinda like a 90s Supergroup...what should the band name be?

The gents brewed up a special collaboration IPA that will be out in August. I'm thirsty already!

If only all we had to do was brew beer...is it the weekend yet? Running a small brewery is about 10% making beer and 90% keeping equipment functional. Today's task for Matt was replacing gaskets and such in our kegging line. Gotta keep them kegs clean!

Heads up we'll be closed this weekend for the 4th of July. But we don't want to leave you hanging (and we also need the sales!) so we are running a case special all week! All one beer, mix and match, doesn't matter to us. What's the special? Well I can't get too specific here, but it will be a lot less than a case would normally cost.

Here's your Friday taplist! Very proud of the team to be offering all this delicious beer! Hard to pick what to highlight...if you have not had Cerveza Clara definitely have Dave pour you one of those. If you are searching for hoppy Lager, order up the NW Pilsner, which is hard to beat no matter the occasion. See you soon!

"Quindici" Italian Pilsner. Still riding the high from our 15th Anniversary celebration. The great vibes and tremendous compliments definitely help power us to the next anniversary. Can't thank everyone that came out enough.

And it seems you all are really enjoying Quindici! It's been the most popular order since its debut on Saturday. Dry hopping with noble German hops gives this Pilsner a great floral aroma. Draft only and only available at the Taproom this week, so come see what all the hype is about. Cans and wider distribution coming next week.
