This beauty is off for a new adventure! So happy it'll remain a bakery and be so loved by the new owner. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, to all of you who supported my dream! I'll continue to look for ways to open again in the future!! Happy New Year everyone 🪩🪩

It's been a hot minute! First, I want to thank all of you who supported me in this journey! It truly meant the world to me! Secondly, anyone in the market for an incredibly adorable bakery cart?!? I'm still getting it ready to sell, but DM me with any real inquiries. I'd love to see her live again!!

Also, she was made to exist in super rad food cart pods, but I digress! Still trying to figure out a plan for reopening later this year. I miss baking for you all so, so much!

She's home! I'll be getting started on setting up for special orders soon. As soon as I have a date, I'll let ya know.

Thanks to all of my neighbors for being the best food cart neighbors a girl could ask for. I'll miss working next to you all! Make sure you all grab lunch and dinners from them this week to show them some love!

One year Anniversary of Penny Cakes! I miss making you all delicious mini-cakes so much! Dreaming of the future when I can re-open in (hopefully) much more stable times. I hope you all are staying safe, healthy, and deliciously fed by all of of the other fantastic restaurants/bakeries out there!

Hey folks! Due to Covid making Childcare for my special needs kiddo impossible, I'm gonna have to temporarily close and pivot my business model. This was such a hard and sad decision to make. I'll be moving the cart out of the Pod and into my driveway. I will be getting it all set up to do special orders from there. I'll keep you all updated as things move forward. I'm hoping that once Covid fades into the depths of Hell from which it came, I'll eventually get back into another Pod again and go back to operating normally.

I am eternally grateful for all of your business, patience, support, and love. Thank you all so much!
