After being open for a full week at the new location, I finally had some time to reflect on the process. This probably has been one of the toughest but most rewarding things I’ve ever done. Everyone who knows me, knows I am the MOST indecisive person alive so having to make every single decision from designing the layout, to flooring, paint color, lights, doors, fixtures, furniture, so on and so on… almost took me out lol I can honestly admit that 75% of the time I was literally just winging it and letting the powers above take the wheel 🤣 We’ve had hiccups ALL along the way. The universe was really testing me I swear 🙄 As the finish line was getting closer and closer, the hiccups didn’t stop lol let’s just say, we’re still in the midst of them but we’re here! The salon is still a work in progress but I am SO proud of what we accomplished as a team. I can confidently say this is our forever home. Myself, the team and family have poured our all into this project and looking back at all the progress photos and videos along the way… is kind of humbling to see. We turned a complete 4,000 sq ft. sh*thole of a space, into something beautiful. I put all my eggs into this basket, hoping I made the right choices. I’m grateful for the opportunity, I’m grateful for the best team around, I’m grateful for the most supportive family and I’m grateful to experience this new milestone with you all. Thank you for supporting us and loving us. All the stress, long and sleepless nights were definitely worth it. We’ve been so busy, it’s been a while since we’ve posted. Here’s what we’ve been up to in Summer 2024! A handful of projects and more... A big project update also coming soon…

From planning/design all the way through installing pedicure chairs and mounting TV’s, APT Management and Construction saw this project through to the end! Passed all phases of the inspections with no interruptions and we were able to complete and open the customer for business on schedule.

We’ve been keeping busy over the winter! We finished a basement (pictures coming soon), renovated a couple apartment bathrooms in Portland, finished an above garage space in Falmouth and broke ground on a new nail salon buildout in Brunswick, ME.

Happy Friday! After months of working with the City of Portland and Rosenhek Electric, we were finally able to finally renovate, bring up to code and officially legalize a basement apartment. This building took a lot of work, but we were able to change the legal use from a 2 family to a 4 family multi-unit in the East Deering area. We specialize in finished basements, interior work including kitchens/bathrooms and build decks during the summer! Here are a couple projects we completed in December! Updated a kitchen/apartment, replaced the roof on our lakehouse in Casco, added a staircase and insulated door to a basement, and changed out a couple bathroom tub and showers. Message us for a free estimate!

This project was a little different for us. Instead of finishing a basement, we finished an attic space! From start to finish, we made sure that the space would be comfortable, cozy and done right. We added 2 rooms and 2 closet spaces with access to the eaves for additional storage on both sides. We pride ourselves on quality work and completing the project on budget and on time.
