This project was what we call a re-skin. Most of the frame was in good shape, it just had old cedar decking that needed replaced. We discovered some dry rot and had to replace part of the frame, but it wasn't too extensive. The decking and fascia we installed is AZEK PVC decking in the color Coastline. This property is on Lake Oswego, just south of Portland, OR. The end result was beautiful!

We used clear cedar stained in natural color for this fence. We used black metal post bases to keep the posts out of the soil to increase longevity. One set of gates were made by a local company and the other set we built ourselves. The pergolas over the gates add both style and strength. This was a beautiful upgrade for our customer!

We replaced this customer's deck using Azek Vintage mahogany PVC decking. The railing is Trex Signature aluminum railing in charcoal color. The patio cover has an extruded aluminum frame with Acrylite roofing panels in Cool Blue Heatstop color. We installed a gate to access the underside and also put in a gate that goes to an area that will some day have a hot tub. It is a very modern upgrade for the back of this home!

We built this deck for a repeat customer. It has Timbertech Dark Cocoa for the main color and a border in Driftwood. The railing is Trex Signature aluminum railing in charcoal color. We poured a concrete pad for the base of the stairs. We also cut a hole and trimmed it out for the decorative tree to grow through. It was a nice upgrade to the back yard!

This project was a re-skin. They needed to replace the decking that came with the house and they decided on Deckorator's Sedona color decking. We re used the railings as they were in good shape. We installed a skirt that hugs the contour of the stone columns and added an access hatch. Overall the customer was very happy with this fantastic upgrade to their front and back decks!
