3 tent tips that can make a big difference:
šŸ•ļø Make sure your footprint doesn’t extend beyond your tent and rainfly
šŸ’Ø Open your vents to reduce condensation
🪢 Learn a taut-line hitch so you can easily adjust guy line tension
Simple stuff, but it’s amazing how often these get overlooked.
Save this for your next camping trip and send it to a friend who’s new to camping.

How I’d plan the perfect weekend getaway in Seattle with my bestie ✨ (hosted)
From flying over the skyline in a seaplane… to slowing down at a silent spa… to waterfront dinners and cozy mornings over the water — this honestly felt like the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and good food.

If you’re planning a Seattle getaway, save this itinerary šŸ‘‡
āœˆļø
Seeing Seattle from a seaplane might genuinely be one of the coolest ways to experience the city. I had such a good time!

A woman owned cellphone-free silent spa focused on slowing down, relaxing, and actually disconnecting for a while. The inclusive female safe environment was really special. I highly recommend
🌊
Seattle’s only over-water hotel! Did you know? The Beattles stayed here and fished off their balcony back in the day.

Some of the most authentic Japanese food I’ve ever had. We were so incredibly full when we left.
šŸø
Waterfront cocktails, incredible dinner sunset views, and the perfect way to end the night.

Seattle is the perfect girls trip city!

One of the most underrated wilderness areas in Washington?! šŸŒ‹
Indian Heaven Wilderness feels like one of those places people accidentally skip on the way to bigger names — and that’s wild because this area is incredible.
Sawtooth Mountain was originally part of the Pacific Crest Trail before the route was changed in the 1970s, and now you get this quiet trail winding through forests, volcanic landscapes, and one of the coolest ridge lines I’ve seen.
This hike is about:
• 5.5 miles
• ~1,000 ft elevation gain
• exposed ridge sections
• views of Mt. Adams, Mt. Rainier, and Mt. St. Helens on a clear day
Adding Indian Heaven Wilderness to my list of places I’ll absolutely be returning to.

Between the narrow canyon walls, waterfalls, cliffside trail sections, and hiking behind Tunnel Falls… this place feels like something out of a fantasy movie.

A few things that make this trail so special:
• Originally built in 1910 using dynamite to carve sections into the canyon walls
• Punch Bowl Falls is actually a kayaking drop during high water
• Tunnel Falls literally has a cave carved behind the waterfall
• Twister Falls and the Vortex are absolutely worth continuing for

If you’re planning summer hikes in Oregon or looking for the best hikes near Portland, add Eagle Creek Trail to your list immediately.

- Nothing humbles you faster than thinking there’s a tick on you mid-hike šŸ˜… Spring hiking = tall grass, brush, and all the places ticks love to hang out… so I’ve gotten a lot better about actually prepping before I go. Spray, go, explore — it’s that simple. With , I don’t spend the whole hike spiraling over every little thing on my leg — it gives me long-lasting protection from ticks, mosquitoes, and biting flies so I can actually enjoy being outside. Because the goal is to come back with good memories… not unwanted hitchhikers. You can find OFF at most major retailers!
