One of the tasks we often handle for our clients is setting out your decor items. During your 8-week check in we will chat about your decor plans and what items you’re needing us to handle. On the wedding day when we arrive, we will get to work on this task (amongst others) and ensure it is all set up how you envisioned!

✨ Under the Veil: Day of coordination / event management. This is perfect for the organized DIY couple that is looking for someone to take over and handle setup and logistics on the big day (because you’ll have better things to worry about!). **Available for 2025 and 2026
✨ Through the Mist: Partial Planning is great for those wanting a tad more help with planning ahead of time. This can include researching vendors, designing your decor, and more. Includes everything in the Under the Veil package. **Available for 2025 and 2026
✨ Nehalem: Event Setup. Not wanting a day of coordinator, but wanting some help for set-up? We can help with that! **Only Available for 2025 events

All packages include travel within 60 miles of Hillsboro, Oregon.

Life has been busy lately! Between planning events, teaching ballet, my kids, and running there is always something going on and I LOVE it. I am the type of person that enjoys being busy and is not the biggest fan of slowing down -- though I've come to learn that slowing down can be good sometimes 😉

My cousin got her wedding album back from the talented and shared this photo, so I figured this was a great time to do a little introduction post!

My name is Jessica and I am the owner and lead planner of Under the Veil. We are an event planning company based in NW Oregon. Some fun facts about me!
*Ive been in the industry for 10 years. I’ve worked 100s of weddings and attended 2 weddings that I was also a bridesmaid in and part planner/contact person. But my cousins wedding where this photo was taken was the first I’ve gotten to attend and enjoy fully as a guest 😍 It was so fun to be on the other side!
*I love to dress up but am really a small town PNW girl. Give me a hoodie, boots and jeans and throw me in the woods (which is actually what I’m wearing and where I’m at right now lol).
*I have 7 siblings! Big family, lots of cousins and nieces and nephews.
*My senior project was shadowing a wedding planner. That’s where my love for events began and I jumped right in after I graduated high school!
