Eat more not less:
IF you fail to give your body enough food each day and it won’t be long before your body shifts into “starvation mode” as a defense mechanism. It’s your body’s way of protecting you from a lack of food.
In order for you to lose weight and here is the key, you must create a moderate k-cal deficit through both diet and exercise, enough to have you losing fat at a consistent, steady, rate, but not so severe that it triggers your body’s starvation mechanism.
The deadly combination:
By using this one strategy, you will immediately be able to eat 300-500 additional k-cals daily without putting on a single ounce of fat.
Avoid eat carbs and fat at the same time. Practical advice: eat protein with every meal and choose to combine it with either carbs or fat, never both, and never combine carbs and fat in the absence of protein. (I.e. Cookies, pastries, chips, b bread & butter, pastas with cream sauce etc.)

2/3 cup cold water
4 ice cubes
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ small apple
2 tbsp. pureed pumpkin ( canned or fresh )
8 almonds

Add all ingredients to a blender, blend and serve
