I’ve been quiet! But the markets have been anything but 😇 Strawberry season has been upon us for a while now with yummy treats like Strawberry-Rhubarb Cobbler, Strawberry Rhubarb Cheesecake as special Pastries of the Week and in my regular line-up: 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐬 (flourless French triangle with browned butter and vanilla bean) and 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐕𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 🍓

I will unfortunately be missing Tuesday’s market (6/2) but I’ll be back on Thursday in Medford with a 𝐌𝐢𝐱𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐤𝐞 that I’ll have the following week at both markets as well!

Hi friends! I’m going to introduce a new face! Meet Bella ✨ I am beyond excited to have her represent Heim at the Thursday markets in Medford! We worked together at a pop up at in March and instantly I knew she’s a gem 💎
She’ll take care of you this week and next week you’ll see little ol’ me again before she takes over some more!

I’ll have these beautiful Rhubarb Ricotta Cakes tomorrow in Medford as well! And because I poached some rhubarb, I have some delightful rhubarb simple syrup left over and I’ll be making a limited amount of 𝐑𝐡𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐛 𝐕𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐋𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐞 for Sunday! You’ll have two different occasions in the near future to pick up pastries from me outside of the market, the 𝟐𝟐𝐧𝐝 & 𝟐𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡, both 𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙠𝙚𝙣𝙙 days!

My Portland farmer friend and chef Stacey and I will be collaborating monthly in her brick&mortar in Phoenix to bring you a weekend Pastry Pop-Up! Woop woop!

Her team will be slinging limited pastries from moi and breakfast bevvys at her 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞 at on 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟐𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡, 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟏𝟎𝐚𝐦-𝟐𝐩𝐦. There will be fresh baked Blueberry-Lavender Muffins, Savory Scones, Flourless Almond Cake with Blackberry Compote and Sweet&Salty Corn Cookies.

On 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟐𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡, I’ll be there myself, with my full line-up! Aaaaand as a special: my 𝘾𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙤𝙣 𝙍𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙑𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙖 𝘽𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙂𝙡𝙖𝙯𝙚. Oh, and that event will run from 𝟗𝐚𝐦 𝐭𝐨 𝟏𝐩𝐦 or until sold out. There will be delicious coffee and breakfast beverages for sale as well during that time.
One really cool thing: I’ll have the oven running and if there’s a seat and you have time, let me heat up my (recommended) pastry for you to sit down and enjoy in the space with a bevvy! I’ll also be offering my Vanilla Whipped Cream as a recommended side for some of the pastries!

𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤, 𝐰𝐨𝐨𝐩 𝐰𝐨𝐨𝐩! I’m not going to lie, I’ve had a challenging winter and that’s why you haven’t hear from me on the webz. I’m shifting things a tad and I won’t be posting as much anymore BUT I will let you know if I’m skipping a market, if I’m popping up somewhere special (I can’t wait to share this awesome collab with y’all in the near future!) and I’ll definitely still post pretty photos of my delectable treats off and on.

𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤? I’ll continue switching it up every week and usually I’ll know a week in advance. 𝘈𝘴𝘬 𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘵! And feel free to request anything you remember you enjoyed (you German Chocolate Cake lovers, I got you soon!). Next week I’ll have 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐚 𝐂𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐞. The temps are mild and my freezer is full of blackberries from last summer so I’m starting out with something ‘berry’ fruity.
$1 of every Pastry of the Week sale continues to go into a fund that I use to make a donation at the end of the year. The past couple years $1000 annually have gone to ✨
