Portland’s FOCO Gallery was founded by Pacific Northwest College of Art students Skylar Jessen and Stuart Larsen in 2011 with the intent of providing a space for artists that is easily accessible and open to creators of all levels of exposure. The gallery is located on 2nd Avenue, in between Main Street and Madison Street, in Southeast Portland, moments away from the Hawthorne Bridge and Le Bistro Montage.
