Responsibilities include:
Responding to general inquiries
Making client and prospect calls
Client onboarding
Data entry
Scheduling appointments
Customer service
Social media updates
Maintaining shared data files
Managing marketing & news emails through MailChimp
Managing communications & information through Google Workspace
Managing your work time

Preferred Experience & Skills
Marketing
Sales
Multilingual abilities preferred but not required
Written and verbal communication
Digital workflow programs, dashboards, and portals

Training provided. We’re looking for the best person!

Hours/week: 12-20
Salary: $15.00/hour

Schedule is flexible. Mix of remote and in-office work preferred.
