Reached a milestone, my 2nd PadSplit project, Gloria, is now 100% booked! I listed the rooms in mid December, and I'm thrilled that all 6 rooms are fully occupied. I didn't do any marketing on most of the rooms. There is definitely a need for room rentals.

If you have a property not cash flowing and it has potential for a lot of rooms, it's something to consider!
