There's still time to get in on our salad roll demo, Food Justice Kit giveaway, and plant/seed swap tomorrow! Swing by the Mekong Bistro parking lot (8200 NE Siskyou) between 1 and 2pm to pick up your ingredient kit with other goodies, and exchange extra plants/seeds if you have them. Kitchen Commons is offering free virtual cooking workshops for seniors and their families while social distancing in 2021. Interested participants can learn videography to share their family recipes through short films. Technical assistance and small funds can be provided to help offset costs of participation.
