Four years ago, Harper Lethin ’24 was hooked by a documentary about the historic Eliava Institute in Professor Jay Mellies' microbiology class. Now, a recipient of the prestigious Fulbright U.S. Student Program award, what they’d once considered a pipe dream will become a reality: studying phage therapy at the very institute that sparked the dream in the first place.

Former Cooley Gallery curator Stephanie Snyder ’91 reflects on her retirement and a life of enriching Reed’s artistic community.
