This was a top to bottom refinishing that went from the customer wanting to slap another coat on the deck itself to a conversation about how to treat your wood so you can maintain it easier. Price doubled. Amazing results tripled the value of this old addition.

Do it right the first time.

1500 sq ft deck total refinish. Strip, sand and stain. Old water based stain wire off in parts. As water based is harder to maintain... we were tasked with going back to square one. Ease of maintenance was key for this retired couple.

Cheaper is not always better. Customer hired a pressure washing rig to "clean" the deck. Company proceeded to strip parts of the pigment off the deck. What should have been a 2 year maintenance coat turned into something completely different.

More deck refinishing. Customer wanted a very specific color that ties I to their current go e design. We obliged.
