ReUse PDX is a collaboration among Portland‐area reuse organizations.
ReUse PDX promotes the values of social service and sustainability, supports educational and environmental causes, and coordinates activities and best practices with national reuse organizations. The partnership involves a vibrant community of reuse organizations including Community Warehouse, Free Geek,
the Habitat for Humanity ReStore, the ReBuilding Center, Schoolhouse Supplies, and SCRAP.

Portland kicks off Reuse Week - FOX 12 - KPTV - Portland News, Weather and Sports The group Free Geek came up with the idea 10 years ago as a way to give new life to old goods and materials while keeping waste out of the landfill.
